Personalized Items

We know you want your stuff and our artists will do our best to produce your design within 24 hours between Mon-Fri. The Art Team will then send the design to be printed in the order it was received (unless upgraded expeditated production was paid for). Depending on the volume of orders in front of yours, the printing process can take 5-7 business days. From there typically our shipping partners will carefully pack your item and ready it for shipment that day or the following business morning. From there shipping can take 3-11 business days depending on what corner of the world you call home.

Non-Personalized Items

Typically your order will be put into the production que the day you place your order and depending on our work load will be hand made in 1 to 7 business days. From there shipping can take another 3-11 business days depending on what part of the world you are in.

We have partners in the US, Canada and elsewhere. If your order comes from two or more facilities it will be split shipped at no additional cost to you in order for us to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

All of our unique hand-made products are created on demand and are made with care just for you. Aside from being efficient, it avoids a negative impact on the environment by avoiding a bunch of unsold goods gobbling up resources while waiting to be sold.

It typically takes 5-7 business day to hand make your item. From there shipping typically takes 8-11 business days.

We often beat the time frames above but occasionally it may take a bit more time. Making everything in the US helps us to deliver your special items with care and as quickly as we possibly can.

Most orders are split-shipped, meaning the entire order WON'T arrive in a single box.

Our subcontractors have distribution points all over the USA, and parts of your order many not arrive together.

Returns

As if you'd ever want to return anything Dogo Argentino related BUT if in the rare instance something is damaged or incorrect, we will work to make everything perfect.

Simply contact us at dogoargentinousa@gmail.com with your full name, order number, order date, photos of the problem and a short sentence about the issue and we'll help ASAP.

We ask that you contact us regarding any defective order within 14 days of receipt. We can accommodate no remedy thereafter.

By the nature of what we do being a Made-to-Order business, every single item is made on demand automatically as soon as you place your order and so for this reason we cannot cancel, change, or accept a return/exchange outside of defective merchandise.

What if something is incorrect or the wrong item was received?

We guarantee your pawsitive satisfaction so if something turns up defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, snap plenty of pictures and contact us right away at dogoargentinousa@gmail.com so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Every personalized design must be created one at a time by hand by our artists and therefore each takes a considerable amount of time to create. For this reason we don't offer proofs before purchase. All orders are sent to print as soon as possible in order to ensure the fastest delivery times.

We don't discriminate and can create artwork with any number of animals in any number of varieties. We display Dogos because that is what we're known for but all our designs can be amended to accommodate your specific menagerie for an additional fee. I’m pleased you want to know more about the Dogo Argentino USA online store. My journey began on YouTube in 2018 where I started a channel, Dogo Argentino USA, for Dogo Argentino dog education and appreciation of purebred Dogo Argentino dogs starring my very own Champion Dogo Argentine dogs.

I had the idea of selling my artful Dogo themed designs online (I am a professional tattoo artist and award-winning illustrator in my day-job) and really hope you enjoy the results of my Made-to-Order items which honor and celebrate all kinds of Dogos.

• All this wouldn’t be possible without my fabulous fan base on YouTube, Instagram and FaceBook/Meta. I’ve chatted with so many Dogo Argentino owners who are just as enthusiastic as I am about our magnificent purebred dogs and I wanted to offer beautiful designs that reflected the Dogo Argentino’s beauty, power and loyalty.

I wanted to build a world where all things Dogotastic are ready and waiting to bring a little fun and breed-centric appreciation to our relationship with our dogs. To me, Dogos are the best breed and my goal is to create stylish and unique items that capture the proud spirit of the Dogo so you’ll enjoy tagging your friends, family and your dog-group-friends on social media. If you think you have a great idea for a fun item, email me! While most of what the Dogo Argentino USA site does is offer beautiful, fun and occasionally snarky dogo-centric designs, I also like to give back to Dogo Argentino breed rescue whose purpose is saving Dogo Argentinos who have been abandoned on the streets, owner surrendered or rescued from high kill-shelters.

Many of these rescues are neglected, injured, frightened and confused about their circumstances through no fault of their own. These Dogo Argentino puppies and dogs deserve a forever home that is knowledgeable and prepared to meet the needs of these high energy working animals. Naturally rescuing them is an expensive endeavor that I support through charitable donations.

PLEASE look at my Charity Collection that donates a portion of its profits to support Dogo Argentino rescue.

If you’re interested in adoption, please consider working with DCDogos.org who have dogs of all ages and backgrounds including many of whom, tragically, hail from the nation’s five most prolific Dogo Argentino breeders.

If you prefer to work with small reputable heritage breeders, then please contact the AKC national breed club known as DACA (the Dogo Argentino Club of America) for a list of active breeders. Ask whom they don’t recommend prior to purchasing a Dogo. Please break the cycle of suffering and do not support puppy mills or Back Yard Breeders (BYB).
